When you hear about a premature baby, you often think of an infant born 1-2 months early.
Imagine having a baby born four months early. Lizzy could not wait to be born and on
November 15, 1997 she came into the world weighing 1 lb.
3 ½ ounces. Her weight went as
low as 13 ounces. After a difficult start and spending months in the NICU at Saint Joseph’s
Hospital, Lizzy now keeps up with her 2 sisters and brother.
